The conference rate for single/double rooms is $99.00 + 10.338% state and local taxes. The conference rate for a parlor suite is $129.00 + 10.338% taxes.
ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
To reserve rooms, contact the hotel directly at (928) 773-8888, or
call the Radisson Central Reservations office at 1-800-333-3333.
To get the conference rate, tell them that you will be attending
RMCLAS.
The Radisson will save a block of rooms that will be available at the conference rate until Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at which time all rooms not reserved will be released for general sale. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. If the group rate is not available after this date, the prevailing rates will apply for any reservations confirmed after the cutoff date.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE:
For individual reservations, failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation
by 4:00pm on the day of arrival will result in a charge of one night’s
room and tax applied to the credit card or forfeiture of the deposit.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
The Hotel's check in time is after 4:00pm, and check out is by 12:00pm. Guests
arriving prior to 4:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The
front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when
rooms are not available.

For attendees on a tight budget, Flagstaff offers a full complement of inexpensive motels.
Areas of Interest:
While we realize that your interest in RMCLAS is primarily academic,
Flagstaff is located near many areas of unique touristic interest. First
and foremost, Flagstaff is a 75-minute drive from the Grand
Canyon. We are also 45 minutes from the red rock cliffs
of Sedona. For ancient indigenous ruins, visit Walnut
Canyon National Monument (7.5 miles east of Flagstaff) and/or Wupatki
National Monument (33 miles from Flagstaff). Flagstaff
is a short drive to the Navajo and Hopi reservations.

TRAVEL to - from and within FLAGSTAFF:
The nearest international airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. From
Phoenix you can drive to Flagstaff in two hours and thirty minutes. Rental
cars are available at Sky Harbor Airport.
U.S. Airways offers flights from Phoenix to Flagstaff on propeller (“Dash 8”) shuttle planes. The flight lasts about twenty minutes. At Flagstaff’s Pulliam Airport you can rent a car or call a taxi.
