Prior to scheduling your event and rehearsal, check the NAU event calendar for recital hall availability. (Select Auditoriums/Music Halls from the Site menu.) The NAU event calendar is a reliable means to ensure your event is booked and being staffed. Should you ever encounter any situation that needs immediate attention you can call our manager hotline at 3-4707.
Please make sure that a technical form is fully completed and submitted to the Events Coordinator at least one month before your event.
