- Please download each file to complete your graduation packet for the English Department. Your application will not be approved until we have all paperwork.
- Read the "English Department Graduation Instructions" for each degree for further information.
- Remember to print a copy of your transcript from LOUIE. If you have attended any other colleges or universities we will also need an unofficial copy of your transcript from that institution.
- Your advisor should have a filled out copy of your Course/Degree Checklist and Liberal Studies Checklist in your file, please see your advisor to obtain a copy of this form.
- Don't forget to pay the $10 graduation fee to the Bursar's office before you turn in your paperwork, we will need a copy of the receipt or your receipt number on your application.
- Your advisor needs to sign the graduation application form before you bring it to the department office for the Chair's signature.
- If you are an English Minor please fill out the majority of your application with your Major department. You will need a copy of your minor Course/Degree Checklist. Please bring your completed application to your English advisor for their signature and then to the English Department Chair.
