- Please download the file below to complete your graduation packet for the English Department. Your application will not be approved until we have all paperwork.
- Read the "English Department Graduation Instructions" for your degree for further information.
- Your advisor needs to sign the graduation application form before you bring it to the department office for the Chair's signature.
- If you are an English Minor please bring a copy of your current “Degree Progress” with your graduation application to an English advisor (in LA 305) for a signature before bringing both documents to the department office for the Chair’s signature.
