Attendance
The PIE expects all students to attend all classes and to complete all assignments on time. Attendance, study, and practice are the keys to successful language learning. Full-time attendance is mandatory for international students in order to maintain their visa status. Failure to attend classes as described may result in loss of visa and deportation. The Program in Intensive English and the Center for International Education closely monitor attendance and student visa status. Each student will receive a more detailed policy manual at orientation.
