Total Requirements: 36 hours
- Nine hours of focus courses chosen from the following:
- 3 hours from Literacy, Language, and Technology:

- 3 hours from Theory and Argumentation:
- Eng 511
- Eng 606
- Eng 631
- 3 hours from Professions and Organizations:
- Eng 502
- Eng 503
- Eng 522
- 9 additional hours from courses in Literacy, Language, and Technology, and/or Theory and Argumentation, and/or Professions and Organizations
- 18 hours of courses chosen from the following:
- Application: 3-6 hours chosen from the following (course sections are specific to LTPW):
- ENG 608
- ENG 685
- ENG 697
- ENG 699
- Electives: 12-15 hours. You can choose from
- LTPW courses
- Courses from English literature, English Education, Creative Writing, or Linguistics
- Courses from outside the English Department (e.g. Education, Business Administration, Forestry, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, etc.)
