Our mission is to give a select number of highly talented young singers from all over the world the opportunity to further their vocal and operatic education with excellent performing experiences that will prepare them for their professional careers. The historical environment of Fidenza and surrounding cities (Busseto, Fontanellato, Salsomaggiore, Fiorenzuola d'Arda, etc.) provides a unique cultural atmosphere.

“The practical artistic experience that the Flagstaff in Fidenza program offers its singers, specifically the performance of a full length opera within the confines of a small, intimate program, is compounded and made all the more memorable by its location. The generous support of the community of Fidenza, a charming and welcoming town, as well as the beauty and elegance of the performance spaces, laden with history from the operatic past, combine for a performance experience like no other! The singers are given a lot of individual attention by the program's small faculty of coaches, teachers, and directors who are able to tailor the experience to each singer's individual needs; whatever their stage of development may be. Fidenza is a great place for a young singer who is seeking both relevant performance experience as well as continued educational and artistic growth.”
