Northern Arizona University has a vibrant, award-winning Theater Program that offers our students a hands-on education.
Our students are given opportunities to work in all capacities, including major roles, stage management, assistant directing and student-directing projects, technology leadership positions and design opportunities.
We have instituted some changes to address budget concerns and help the department operate more efficiently. A degree in theater education has been eliminated, but the theater studies focus has been added to both theater B.S. and B.A. degrees.
We continue to offer the following degrees
- B.A. in Performance, Design/Technology or Theater Studies
- B.S. in Performance, Design/Technology or Theater Studies
NAU Theater is alive and well, and we are looking forward to another banner year.
